Hi Freeway

Do you have the family on the 1871 census anywhere ???

If not, and you expect them to be in London, do you have the names and approximate birthdates/locations for the children born in London?

They were possibly in Bethnal Green in 1871:

RG10/479 Folio 52 page 7.
13 Warner Place
Elizabeth Murgitroyd, widow, 60, formerly a laundress, b. Bethnal Green
(same address, next family)
George Murgitroyd, head, 29, paper marbler, b. Bethnal Green
Emma, 28, b. Hoxton
George, 6
Emma, 4
Louisa, 3
Sarah, 1 (all b. Bethnal Green).

occupation/location doesn't quite fit with what you've got but there is a marriage in Shoreditch district:

listed under April/May/June 1863 Shoreditch Volume 1c  Page 346 (taken from original images)
George Murgitroyd

Hi Freeway

Unfortunately there are too many Emma SMITHs in the earlier census for us to identify the correct one without any further information :(

I think it's probably a case of having to purchase her marriage certificate and hoping that there's some further information on there ie. address, father's name & occupation.

Best wishes
