1841 Worcs. census:Perhaps Shrawley: John FOOTMAN

In 1838 John FOOTMAN married Susan(nah) WILLS in Martley.  He was living in Shrawley at the time, and was a shoemaker.  In 1851 the family was living in Shrawley. Please could somebody see if they can be found in 1841, by which time they would have a young son, also John?

Ive looked at the records I have for Martley but can find no trace of your John Footman but have put here what I have found in the hope it may help you

22 MAY 1835 Robert s/o Richard/Mary Footman (cordwainer)
17 MAY 1807 Robert s/o John/Margeret "
20 MAY 1804 Richard s/o John/Sarah     "

10 JUL 1834 Samuel Bradley = Ann Footman
4 JUN 1832 John Footman = Ann Rastal
4 JUN 1835 Richard Footman = Mary Turley of Claines
16 APR 1800 John Footman = Mary Dally of Rock
2 APR 1771 James Githens = Elizabeth Footman

I was wondering if John & sarah (parents of Richard) were by any chance mar in Whitbourne as its an adjoining parish but in Herefordshire which could account for the fact that you cant find John in Worcestershire (if he was the first son & named after his father & by chance born Whitbourne before they moved to Martley - I know this is a hell of a long shot but it may be worth trying)
