Well aware of that. My mother's own death certificate is a good one.
Been doing it 22 years now so got better, not so green.

From birth to death, his name and his parents names were recorded incorrectly
in birth records, death records and even in the Daily newspaper following his death.
He was born in Ontario, Canada and died in British Columbia. His name was listed as John Zelly, Bertie Zelly etc. However, about a year or so when he was gone, there was a Memorial Card with his correct name. It's
such as shame that two Provinces in Canada couldn't get it right!
I guess the excuse would be that the parents did it wrong
despite the rest of the children before and after having the correct name.
Anyway, the death was caused by a hugh Oak Tree that crashed onto the house in 1897. Funny now, but not so funny about 1956, was I almost drowned in the ocean nearby where the house once stood, but that's another
story.
