Hi All
looking for any information about MAry Russell born to John Russell and Ann OWen (married 1867?) in Inverkip Renfrew on April 23 1874.  Would particualrly like information re her parents marriage and any siblings.

01/08/1868 - Robert.........parents John Russell/Ann Orn

08/04/1870 - Jane Ann.....parents John Russell/Ann Owen

04/07/1872 - Margaret.....parents John Russell/Ann Orn



Also found family in 1881 census, living @ Main Street Inverkip :

Russell - John - Head - Married - 40 years - M - Quarry Labourer - born Ireland

Russell - Ann - Wife - Married - 40 years - F - born Ireland

Russell - Robert - Son - 12 years - M - born Inverkip

Russell - Jane Ann - Daughter - 10 years - F - born Inverkip

Russell - Margaret - Daughter - 8 years - born Inverkip

Russell - Mary - Daughter - 6 years - born Inverkip

yes, that's them!  I couldn't find anything in the census but then I didn't know who the siblings were.  I have since found a family which sounds right arriving in Sydney on the Stirlingshire in 1884 - now I know I have the right ones because they had a margaret with them.
