Among other things I can see this:

   [from Scope and Content] In trust for Mary Trelawney Collins one of the daughters of George and Mary Collins, to be assigned to her when she attains her majority or marries. Reversion of equal shares, if Mary should die while the trust endures, to Caroline Trelawny, Catherine Trelawny and Charlotte Trelawny Collins, daughters of George and Mary, with assignment of each share as each attains her majority or marries and redivision of the shares of any who may die while the trust endures reversion if all die within this term to other children of George and Mary Collins under similar conditions.

And quite a collection of 20 files comprising material relating to the Trelawny/Collins family of Ham House, Ham, Plymouth. Robert Trelawny, a wealthy merchant, Mayor, and eventually M.P. for Plymouth, built the house in 1639. He had also secured the development rights to an area, including Richmond Island, in New England, America.
