1841 census hughes and jones llanwrst
« on: Monday 13 March 06 13:18 GMT (UK) »
I am hoping to find details in the 1841 census of Mary A Hughes (nee Jones) born in Westminster about 1811 who married Hugh Hughes.  In the 1851 census she is a widow.  Their son Charles was born in 1840.  Hopefully.

Hi Bellrnger,

I have tried to look for you to assist but I cant even find Mary as a Widow on
the 1851 census.  Has she moved out of London on that census?  Also Charles
was he with her and on that census too?
I found a Mary and Hugh on the 1851 census with a son James aged 7 living at
Southwark, but most of the other Mary Hughes are living in different cities around
the Country??

Anymore info please

Hi

In 1851, they're at HO107/2508/291/19  (Llanrwst)

This might be them in 1841 but not sure:

Llandeiniolen, Caernarvonshire
HO107/1394/11/53/21
Hugh Hughes, 40, quarryman
Mary, 30
Robert, 10
John, 6
Mary, 5
Hugh, 3
Charles, 1
None of them were born Caernarvonshire

Just seen that this is a very very old post obviously picked up by sgbright this morning. Bellringer hasn't been on since Friday 12 January 2007.
