Nicholsons in 1851 census for Bradford
« on: Sunday 12 March 06 18:54 GMT (UK) »
Can anybody help please!  I am looking for a John Nicholson and wife Ann.  John was a farmer living at Bolton Hall Farm, Bolton, Bradford in 1851.  I have the district as both Calverley and Idle on other information.  John was born in Scotland, wife in Woodchurch, Cheshire and in 1851 there should be at least one child - Christoper aged 2, also possibly a baby James born 1851.

Many thanks,
Maggie

If you were searching for John born Scotland that might be why.  The image actually reads Schotland

Oh isn't that wonderful to make a contact like that.  I checked her profile and Maggie was last on here shortly after midnight gmt so  I'm sure she will be in touch soon.  Good luck to you both with your researches.
