Long Bredy - IRONSIDES/MUDFORD

Hi

I'm looking for any parish records on John Ironsides and Mary Mudford who married in Long Bredy on 17 April 1750.  Any details on children would be much appreciated.

I'm particularly interested to know if they had a daughter Adria born in 1750. There seems to be a lot of confusion in the Familysearch records on who the parents were of Adria Ironside born in 1750.

 Hi Helen....I had never seen the name Adria before so was a little interested in your quest. But alas i could'nt really pick anything up except a baptisim and a couple of deaths. I will post these just incase you do have them already

there is also a baptism for an adria ironside on 14th oct 1750 in winterbourne st martin .fathers name john ironside no mothers name listed.

you are a year out with the marriage of john and mary mudford.the date is 17th april 1749 at long bredy dorset.

hester ironside married james slade 10th july 1781 at winterbourne st martin.
this is getting curious as there is also a marriage for a james ironside and mary mudford on 17th april 1750 the date you quoted for john ironside and mary mudford.

Thank you both very much for your efforts.  You now see why I'm confused.

The Adria I need to trace back married a William Bowring on 5 Jun 1772 in Winterborne St Martin and I had initially thought that she was the daughter of John Ironside (born 1702 and his wife also called Adria!) but had then come to the conclusion that the Adria that died in 1747 was actually their child. 

This left me with the Adria born in 1750 and I then began to think she was actually the daughter of John Ironside (the son of J Ironside 1702) and Mary Mudford as their other children's births tied in around the same dates and it was a bit late for the other family.

 It doesnt look like I'm ever going to know for certain as I didnt realise an Adria also died in 1758 and another born around 1781!!!
