Hi Chris

I am looking for a John Griffith (s) marrying a Martha ? in the Thornton Le Moors area of Cheshire.
Their son Samuel was born c1812  and I have no knowledge of other children as yet.

Marriage date could range between 1800-1812 I suppose. Not too much information I'm afraid but would be grateful for any help.

Many thanks
Erika

Hi Erika

The only likely marriage is one dated 10/July/1809 at St Oswalds Chester to a Martha Roberts.

Hi Peter, Thanks very much for taking the time and trouble to look for me anyway. Please would it be possible for you to check for a John and Elizabeth Royle for me in the Macclesfield area as well, 1814 or before.

Thanks

Anna

Hi Peter, am not really sure, I know that their daughter Ellen was baptised at Macclesfield St Michael's in 1814 but I have another ancestor on a completely different line who also just happened to be baptised there just about a year before and her parents were married at Prestbury so maybe there.

Thanks again, am very grateful for any help you are able to give me.

Hello Chris,
i would be very grateful for a marriage lookup for James dale and Jane Tomkinson both from Smallwood near congleton sometime soon before the 1837 cut off.  I have a feeling they were Methodist, so I may be out of luck but here's hoping,
Thank you,
elaine

Hi, please would it be possible for anyone to give me the details of a John Simpson Ann Snelson marriage in Lower Peover in 1794. Also, please would it be possible for anyone to see if there is a marriage of a John and Mary Simpson in the same kind of area, 1773 or before.

Thanks

Anna
