Looking for the marriage of John BEBBINGTON and Mary FINDLOW

ASTBURY St Mary in 1825

Very much would like to find
out where John came from,I think Mary was from Astbury (her first child Phoebe was born there also)
but John is dead by 1841 census and the family live in Witton street Northwich. All children are on IGI
Baptised at Great Budworth Wesleyan Methodist. CONFUSED? me too.

The information on this thread is from an index so is unlikely to give you the information you are looking for.  The marriage is here:

Mary FINDLOW m John BEBBINGTON 21 Jun 1825 at Astbury

With this information you can order a copy of the parish register entry from Cheshire Records Office for a small fee - but it will only tell you if John was from another parish at the time of the marriage and not where he was born.

The witnesses may help to build the information on the family, but sometimes the witnesses are parish officials.

Thans so much for the lookup,it helps anyway,at least I have date evidence now,
I was beginning to wonder if Id ever find them,Cheshire records seem very scarce
online.

I realise you dont usually get much from parish records but sometimes you get lucky.
I will now be able to try what you suggest and contact the records office.

The main one I am looking for is Peter LEES between 1790 - 1820 either Astbury or Buglawton
