I can't find any mention of the BITCON family, sorry. It is not a name I have heard before so I had a look at the 1901 & 1911 census and indeed they lived in Donaghadee & thereabouts, I am sure you have seen that already.

   Thank you for looking. The Bitcon Family live in that area sinced the 1600's. It is hard to find any info about them. I am here in Florida.

The name BITCON is mentioned in the website DONAGHADEE HEADSTONES - if you just Google it & look up the list of graves on the left hand side of the site, there is also a reference to BITCON under the name of MATEAR.  Hope this helps.
