Changing Rootchat Password.

I am curious as to why I have been asked to make a new password yet again. I only set the last one by request of Rootschat on 23/12/05.

Who applies the "forgot password" to my membership, it is certainly not me. I have not been having any problems. Are others also having this message sent to them?

Possibly someone forgot their username, maybe someone called Frances, easily done with a name username (if you know what I mean). And when they couldn't log in with their password pressed the lost password button and as you have a choice of putting in an email address or username, I think they used the latter.
