hi everyone,
 after looking at the irish guardsman in his splendour, beautiful colours i wonder if you could do the same for my uncle jack andrews of the welsh guards, it is one of my favourite photo's but i would love to see it in colour,  cheers kali.

              Thanks mate, I've already got that and it still
omits a lot of detail. My worry is with the original photo,
the detail is coming out flat as though it has already been manipulated. i have a chat with Kali when my son comes off the web.
( he's just nipped to the loo.)

Hi Kali,
            I wondered if the photo that you had posted had been manipulated.
There are some elements that seem rather flat. If it has, can you re scan the original and post it again. If  this is the case then I hope we can do better.
           As for Jack, I would rather he was fighting on my side than against.
 Anyway, let us know and it's been a pleasure to help in any case.
