Hello,

We believe this to be a picture of Richard Rowlands - the female is possibly his daughter Madge (Margaret) - we are not sure.

This may be taken in Llanfairfechan or Anglesey - we do not know the date.  He was born c1859 so we imagine it to be circa 1920?
