1841 Look-up Thomas Day

After getting a tip from a letter written inside the front cover a small book that came from my great grandmother's box of treasures, I've been able to find my Day line on a census in England.

Thomas Day was born about 1827. According to the 1861 census he was born in Wrabness, Essex. I haven't found him on the 1851 census yet (he should already be married or just about to get married) and he was already in Canada and then to the US before all the others. I have very little information on him seeing as they managed to avoid all the census years until 1901 in Alberta, Canada.

I am hoping that someone might be able to find him on the 1841 census so I can get some information about his parents and siblings. This has been one of my mystery lines for some time and I'm just starting to find some helpful leads.

I'm sorry if this in not a particularly "smart" question. What does FS mean?

1841 Census the abbreviations "FS"  &   "MS"  were standard for Female Servant & Male Servant.

Also,  ages over 15 were supposed to be 'rounded down'  to the nearest 5 years.

This rule was sometimes ignored or misapplied,  so ages should be treated with some suspicion.
