1841 Census Look-up Please!! Bird Family, Dedham

Please can anyone help me with my family.  I have got back as far as the 1851 census, to a Sarah Bird, but she is widowed by this stage, so don't know her husbands name.  Thought they might be on the 1841 census.  The details I have are as follows: (All birth years are approximations & all children born Dedham)
Sarah Bird b. 1807, Bradfield, Essex (maiden name unkown) Farm Labourer's Widow
Children:
George Bird - b. 1831
Charles Bird b. 1833 - Sailor
Sarah Bird  - b. 1836
Robert Bird  - b. 1840
Joseph Bird - b. 1841
Mary Bird  - b. 1844
Phoebe Bird  - b. 1846
Family is living in Pig Lane, Dedham in 1851 (Delightful name!)
Would really appreciate any help anyone can give me.

This must be them, though the image is very poor and surname doubtful.
