Henry Thomas Pitt, c1840, moved from England to Strangford around 1875 with his family, Lucy, c1841 his wife and his daughter Annette Mary Pitt, 1879. They had further children born in Ireland. On the 1912 Covenant, Henry was living at Ballyculter. Strangford.

There is a Henry Thomas Pitt listed as living in Strangford Village, Parish of Ballyculter, in the 1901 Census. Emily Florence, a daughter is living with him. He is a widower of 60 years. She is 22 years.
