Hi Shell,
A bit of a query on this entry on the BVRI. :-\. Do you have a birth certificate for him? I am wondering whether there was a transcription error between a 3 and a 8 on the census. Hope you can sort it out. Regards, Frances

Hi Frances
Yes I do have a certificate and it is the one you posted.
I wasn't sure if it was the right certificate.
On his marriage certificate it states age 21 and the year was 1876 making him born 1855.
On the 1881 census he says he was born Alkrington on the birth certificate it says Accrington (All so confusing) so I thought if he was on the 1861 census it may verify it for me

Hi Shell,
Maybe he did not tell the truth on his marriage if he was under age? Good Luck on this one anyway. Frances

Hi
Thanks very much for the information on the Walkers. I found it very interesting to see that Joseph Walker was born Peak Forest Derbyshire. I didn't have that information
Thanks again
Shell
