John DEER
« on: Wednesday 21 January 04 10:37 GMT (UK) »
I am interested in John DEER and wife Maria who were living at 2 Silver place London in the 1881 census. Certs for this family show they were living in the Kensington area though one son was registered as being born in Chelsea. John DEER or DEAR was a bootmaker by trade.

Hi Lynda

I'm doing a bit of 'housekeeping' and saw your old request.

Are you still looking for information on this family?  If so, what in particular might we try to help with?

It looks as if they are on the 1861 census at least.

Regards
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,
I have managed to track John in all the census' 41-91 and have found one other desc of his. Have also tracked down desc of John's siblings. But would like to find more desc and am still looking for his wife's death 1910+.

Hi

Glad you've made some progress.
Your best bet on the death is to check the indexes if you haven't already here http://www.1837online.com/Trace2web/ which is a paysite.

Good luck
Jonathan
