From left hand side menu, choose "Plans", "Manuscripts" and "Ordnance Maps".
See the maps staring with 1610.... andland valuations, and Militia Lists etc...
You will probably find more than me... but I see that That "H" place lies just over a mile south of Chillingham (it was regared as a "township" of Chillingham Parish... it has been called HEBBORN, HEBRON, HEBBURN, as well as Hepburn... there was a house/farm called H Bell Farm.
