Are you related to James Pearson b. 1793 Edlington? My wife is a descendant of his brother Thomas b. 1783, parents George Pearson & Esther Pogmore.

Hi,
yes I am related to James Pearson b.1793, I have done my family research for some time now as I had hit a brick wall and became rather frustrated with it so decided to take a break, I will find my folder out of the information I do have and if you want to know anything then please ask and i will see what i have.

The parish registers for Edlington are held at Doncaster Archives.  Edlington became infamous recently when two children sexually assaulted 2 younger kids and left one for dead.
