Now there's a theme! "My family and their neighbourhood Pubs... Have a pint with you're ancestors!" I say this only half jokingly, my GGGrandfather lived one street over from "The Bull" on Price Street in Birmingham, he was in the Gun Making Trade and The Bull was one of that trades community centers. It's still there.

The Boat's still there as well.I'm trying to place the "old pub" in hillfield,I know the area very well,(I live there) there is Hillfield Hall which was converted into a restaurant some years ago but I can't place any old pubs.Any more info?

Hi I am also researching the harrisons of barston warwickshire in the early 1800's.
My ancestor was arthur Harrison born c1811. I was wondering if he was related to george.
