1841 - Banstead

Could anyone complete a lookup for Stephen Eeles aged about 13 and believed to be in Banstead, Surrey in 1841.
Details of his family would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks for the speedy lookup. Not sure if this is the Stephen I am looking for although age is about right. 51 census shows his place of birth as Banstead so I had hoped to find his parents there in 41.

Hello Mike.

I have hand-looked the 1841 census for Banstead and I'm unable to locate this family.The 1841 census is notoriously difficult to read,in some parts impossible.

However I did look at the Banstead Parish Register transcripts as published by West Surrey Family History Society.

Baptisms.
Oct7,1821.EELES,Ann Louisa,dau,Stephen and Martha,servant.
June2,1823.EELES,William,son,Stephen and Martha,servant.
Oct17,1824.EELES,Henry,son,Stephen and Martha,servant.
Dec3,1826.EALES,Charlotte,dau,Stephen and Martha Ann,servant.
Jun13,1828.EELES,Stephen,son,Stephen and Martha Ann of Banstead Heath,footman to Lord Arden.
Jun21,1830.EELES,George,son,Stephen and Martha Ann of anstead Heath,footman to Lord Arden.

I can find no record of a marriage on the Surrey Marriage Index,also pub.by WSFHS.

But there is a record of a possible marriage listed on the IGI.
Mar15,1818.St.Marylebone,London.Stephen EELES to Martha Ann WELCH.
