Hello,

I work for Lewes's local magazine and am currently researching 'Mr T Mantell' because we have a photo of him we'd like to write about. Apart from the fact he was involved with the Athletic Committee, we don't know much else but he sounds like an interesting character! I think his name was Thomas and because he was active in the 1880s I'm assuming he was born in 1853. If anyone knows anything more please get in touch, I'd love to write about him!

Hi All

Does anyone know the name of the Lewes magazine mentioned in earlier message? as I would be interested to see the article about Thomas Mantell which may have been published or is due to be published.

Thank you
