I think Louis/Lewis might be the son of John Clague and Eleanor Killip. I traced back from the 1891 census entry for who looks to be your Lewis (first thing will be to confirm that it is the right guy because I am fairly sure I have traced back the one person correctly but it's worth nothing if the 1891 guy isn't your man).
It's possible that Eleanor is the daughter of Patrick Killip and Isabella Moore who married 21 Jan 1807 Lonan Isle of Man (see 1861 and 1851 census entries).
