Catherine Chapman 1901 eccles

Please can anyone help? I am looking for my grandmother who was born in 1900, catherine chapman in Eccles. She had a father Frank and a mother Mary? and a brother Thomas? My grandmother may have been a Catherine Shepherd but i am told she was a Chapman.
