I am trying to find a Thomas Moore born Tipton in 1841.

witness was Hannah Moore who could be a sister?
1881 census his birthplace is shown as Tipton.
Perhaps this is the family - was Thomas' father noted as deceased on the marriage certificate? It could be either his mother or sister both named Hannah who was a witness at his marriage 1862
