Looking for information on my Gt Grandfather James Kelly, originally from Tipperary was born in 1864, married Mary (maiden name not known yet) moved to Barrack Street Waterford was a Sgt in RIC rumour has it that you cant be police constable in the county of birth and this was the reason for him moving to Waterford, He had many children and died in 1930 he is buried in Ballybricken with his wife and most of his children with the exception of son James my grandad who is buried here in Liverpool, not much to go on i know but maybe some one can help me.

Thanks in advance
Sharon

since Wexford is mentioned and this is the Tipperary board I thought I'd just  mention that there are two places called Fethard. One in Co. Tipp and another (full name Fethard on Sea) in Co. Wexford.
