Jersey census lookup please

Hi

I would like to find some information about my ggrandfather. I'm afraid  all I know is his name- George Speer. My mother says he came from Jersey. She thinks that he was about 40 at the beginning of WW1, so he would have been born around 1874.  Sorry there is not much to go on. If anyone could help I would be grateful.

Only Speer i can find is Thomas M. aged 3 b. gorey and mother Eliza aged 34y. b. Portsmouth, hampshire living in Gorey at the time of the 1891 census.
