Does anyone know if this was an actual hospital, I can't find it on google.
Kock Fellow Hospital, East 30th Street New York.

It was the address given in 1924 on the Ellis Island records

Here is a website to check that does list area hospitals. Takes a bit of snooping but you may find the place on a map or directory.

My suggestion would be Bellevue Hospital which intersects with 30th street.

Kock = New York
Fellow = Bellevue
