I was wondering if you can find any reference to the name GARREY/GARRY in the Bishop Auckland area.

My 3xgreat grandmother was Mary GARREY and when she had her daughter baptised in 1811 the entry was shown as the second daughter of Anthony Nicholson, mariner, native of Sunderland, by his wife Mary, daughter of John Garrey, neighbourhood of Bishop Auckland.

Thank you.

Linda

Hi,

Thomas LEGG m. Isabel ROSEBY on 5 July 1775 at RYTON.

I'd appreciate a lookup of those surnames, if you have the time.  Would the parish register have named the fathers?  I got the above from familysearch.

Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Trini.

Can you see if there is any Wrightson family marriages at St. Mary's Church, Barnard Castle.

My Wrightson family was quite large so please list all if possible.

Any idea what date the records are?

Thankyou very much in advance
House - Brockenhurst, Rockbourne, Newbury, Thatcham 1500-1850's.
O'Toole - Dublin and Newcastles upon Tyne.
