HI Emma

Burial St Helen's Auckland
9th May 1856 Joseph Carrick of Evenwood, aged 90

Nothing for Ellwood

and Cunnah now with such an unusual surname I recognise this one..
arggg

No wonder..

I have a Christina Cunnah married into my tree who was born C 1899 at Felling she has an illigitimate daughter called Ivy before she married William Owens in 1922
Her father was called Joseph Cunnah who was born C 1869 at Sunderland and her mother was Dorothy Dawson.. These two married in 1893

Any good

Yours

Thanks for the information Vicar's Wife!!

The Cunnah in my tree is a MARY JANE CUNNAH born 1870 in Sunderland, she married WALTER REYNOLDS in 1892.

Looking at the years and the place it could be a strong possibility that your Joseph Cunnah and my Mary jane could be related, even siblings! It's such an unusual surname.

Ill let you know if i find anything!!

Regards

Emma
