CROSS/JENNINGS - Steeple Claydon Parish Records

I have traced my family back to William Cross who married Maria Jenninngs at Steeple Claydon in 1833, I need to get information from Parish Records to trace them back further, I think William was born around 1810 and Maria around the same time, according to census entries they were both born in Steeple Claydon. Hope someone can help. Thanks

Just found your message from 2006 - Maria Jennings b 1813 Steeple Claydon, brothers: John 1815, William 1819 and younger sister Hannah 1821.
William - my ggg grandfather. 1841 census shows William married to Mary Pangburn (also a St Clay family) with Hannah Jennings aged 75 living with them - assume she is his mother.

Hi Jackie, Thanks for your reply and the information. I am still having problems tracing them further back, even after all this time ;D ;D ;D William and Maria were my great grandparents. No I haven't missed any greats off. My father was born in 1904 and his father William and Maria's son William was born in 1854.
