Nellie ELMER

I'm trying to get family history info. on Nellie Elmer. I know that she married Arthur Richard Bonson Yates in August 1910. He was 27 years old at this time so I'm guessing that Nellie would have been a little younger.  Since Arthur was born in Camberley, I'm guessing that Nellie was also from Surrey.
I've been trying to track down a birth date for Nellie to get a lead on her parents. Looking at the difficult to read records 1884 - 1891 I think I saw a Nellie Elmer born during 1st quarter of 1884 in St. Neot's (whereever that is).
Can anyone help?

If this is the family - I have checked the earlier census and it should be Harry Elmer not Henry (transcribed wrong on the 1891) Let me know if you would like these earlier details of Harry with his parents and siblings.
