I tried costcutters before I tried the other. What a C*** selection.
They didn't stock anything exept booze and Mars bars.
I went from there to Budgies and they were just as bad. I bought
a few items and went to the checkout. She said she wanted some more
money
Back to Morrisons and S** the Snow drifts and icy roads.

P.S. If it's at the top of your street ,then I must have passed your house.
Aren't you the lucky one.

I wonder if you could look up Ann Dry who died in December 1867 in Barnsley? Her maiden name was Buckham, and her husband was John Dry. Sorry that's all the info I have.

There are only 9 burials for the surname Dry between the years 1905 and 1943 the families all seem to come from the Albion Terrace/Tune Street area the names you asked about are not there.

Hi Carolanne
Many thanks for looking for my "Dry" ancestors. Are there any earlier cemetery records available anywhere I can try, as I know that Ann (Buckham) Dry definitely died in Dec 1867 and her son Benjamin died in 1865 in Barnsley. Or is there a Barnsley website I could try for info?
Thanks again
Pauline

Hiya Pauline
The main Barnsley Cemetery was opened around 1860/61 the only other places are going to be Church Yard Burials of which there are many. There is a website that has some of the Church Burials but the link happens to be on my old computor that has gone to a better place in the sky. I will have a look to see if I can find it for you but it will have to be later tonight.
