S.S. Dundalk and the Dundalk & Newry Steamship Co.

I am researching a man by the name of Samuel John Cocks/Cox who was the general manager of the above company. His home town was Oakenholt, nr Flint, Flintshire, North Wales.
He returned home in October 1918 to attend his brother's funeral.
On the 14th October he was sailing back to Ireland on the s.s. Dundalk when it was torpedoed and sunk by a German submarine five miles N.N.W. of the Skerries, off Anglesea. Twenty-one of her crew, including the Captain and Mr Cocks, were killed.
Doeas anyone know anything about the ship and its crew and the Dundalk & Newry Steamship Co.
Also is there a war memorial in Dundalk with the names of the deceased crew and Samuel J Cocks?

A few items.
"In 1869 the Newry Steam Packet Company purchased the "City of Belfast" renamed her the "Newry" and began operating cross channel passenger and livestock services from the Albert Basin. In 1871 the company was assimilated into the Dundalk and Newry Steam Packet Company, which had a new Newry registered steamer "Bessbrook" built in 1877 followed in 1892 by the S. S. "Iveagh" also registered in Newry. For almost 60 years this innovative little company operated regular cross channel passenger services from the Steam Packet Quay in the Albert Basin to Liverpool and Glasgow."

If you google S.S Dundalk you will get lot of information on the disaster.  The Dundalk Sub Aqua Club did a dive to the wreck and have information on their website.  There is a memorial window in St. Patrick's Cathedral in Dundalk.
 I have a lot of newspaper cuttings if the disaster.
I tried to attach a picture including Mr. Cocks but unfortunately it didn't work.
