Cotton family

I'm helping a friend with their family research and we've hit a brick wall.

The Cotton Family lived in London the father Alfred was born 1851 st pancras the wife Susannah was born 1852 in Walworth. Susannah died in 1891 and after that time we cannot find any of the children or Alfred.
The Children were

William Cotton 1875 Bloomsbury
Elizabeth Susannah Cotton 1882 Islington
Clarke Cotton 1885 St Pancras
Annie Cotton 1888 Islington.

Any ideas or help would be very appreciated

Yes, I'm still looking for any of the Cotton children. My hunch is though that they were adopted.
I doubt anyone will be able to help further, so feel free to house keep this post.

    As Hester Randall 74 a lodger may be worth following.
