Again don't know if this is of any assistance, the "McKittrick" child who died in 1881, this is her Parents:
M/1870/E1/1814/1/3   Anna   McLeavy   McKitrick   18th February 1870   Lisburn

I'm so glad to have the actual record now. I found the basic record on Ancestry but this is so much better. Do you have a subscription to Irish Genealogy so that you can access these without further cost to you? So nice of you to share!

IrishGenealogy.ie is the free & official website for BMD information for all of Ireland up to the end of 1921.
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp

You only need to enter the name, then prove you are not a robot by ticking the Captcha box, and then entering your name in the next two boxes, tick the box and submit. You can use a shortened version with just single initials for first name and surname.

Here's the latest Update to the Civil Records:

Thank you for posting this. I only wish the records went back further. Are all the earlier ones destroyed?

Since your Palmers are presumably Church of Ireland, have you seen this information?
From Irish Genealogy Toolkit-

More than half of all Church of Ireland registers were destroyed in the 1922 fire at the Public Records Office in Dublin.

https://www.irish-genealogy-toolkit.com/trace-ancestors.html

The RCBL also has this-
