Can anyone help e please with the Simmons family.

I would like to find a Thomas and Jane Simmons (could be spelt Simmonds too).  I think they could be from around the Aston Warwicks/Birmingham area.

They were born born about 1806.   Many thanks

I find your request very interesting.  I am researching "Simmonds" or "Simmons" and the odd thing is, I have a younger brother named Thomas and an older sister Jane.  Our last name is "Simmonds" but some of the family had dropped the "d" thus "Simmons".  Now, my father's family were from Brighton.  I have very little information on my Simmonds family but what I do have I will share if you think it could help.  My grandfather was Walter Wallis Simmonds and grandmother was Jane Maria Simmonds Nee Goddard.
Sincerely,
Laura

Hi Laura,
Many thanks for that - it would certainly be good to take a look at what you have got if that's o.k.  If it's the same family, I will of course be only too happy to share anything I have with you too.
