Online references indicate that the McGiltons owned Ballycopeland Windmill from the 1830s to the 1930s, was your grandmother descended from these folk in 1901 and 1911?

The following is from the Belfast News-letter of 11 February 1931, I'm assuming that this notice was placed by Robert and Samuel, the ancient monuments office took over the windmill in 1936:

McGilton - February 10, 1931, at her residence, Ballycopeland, Mary Ann, relict of the late Thomas McGilton, in her 87th year. The remains of our dearly-beloved mother  will be removed for interment in the family burying-ground, Millisle, tomorrow (Thursday), 12th inst., at 2 o'clock.  R. AND S. McGilton.

I can see an entry in the PRONI marriage index for a Belfast registered marriage in 1926 between a John Bell and an Elizabeth McGilton, is this her in 1911?
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Down/Carrowdore/Ballymacruise/264139/

Elizabeth Mary, the daughter born in 1902 to John Fulton McGilton and Mary Ann McCracken:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1917/01323/1546772.pdf

Her parent's marriage in 1900:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1900/10353/5768962.pdf

Her grandparent's marriage in 1870 (Thomas McGilton - Mary Anne Fulton):
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1870/11400/8186064.pdf

Edited to add:

I wondered why Elizabeth Mary was in the household of John Mitchell in the 1911 census, sadly it turns out that while Elizabeth Mary was born in March 1902, her mother Mary Ann (McCracken) McGilton died in November that same year:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1902/05682/4601389.pdf

John Mitchell was one of the executors of her will:  Probate of the Will of Mary Anne M'Gilton late of Ballycopeland County Down Married Woman who died 11 November 1902 granted at Belfast to John Mitchell and Thomas M'Gilton Farmers.

You can find and read her will at the link below, daughter Elizabeth Mary gets a mention (there are other Will Calendar index entries for these Ballycopeland McGiltons, but Mary Anne McGilton's is the only will uploaded to read online):
https://apps.proni.gov.uk/WillsCalendar_IE/WillsSearch.aspx

I'm guessing John Mitchell was related through marriage to Eliza Fulton in 1879 (a sister of the Mary Anne Fulton who married Thomas McGilton?):

There are lots of Irish newspapers covered in Find My Past (a pay site)-
https://www.findmypast.co.uk/search-newspapers (select Irish collection where results come up)

Lots of information found for you already. You've made 3 requests in this one thread and seemed to have neglected to include a 'thank you.'
