Karen,

My great grandparents used to live in High Easter before the passed away and my grandparents live in Good Easter. My Nan knows a few of the names around the area so if you need any help let me know I'd be more than happy to have a look round the church yard for you.

Stace x

Hello Stace

Thanks for your offer. The names I am particularly interested in at the moment are the Whitneys - Jemima died 1892, Mary Ann died before 1881, Albert, William, Samuel (sons of Mary Ann although Samuel changed his name to Sewell before 1891) Mary Ann was in her late 30's when she died ( I think). Jemima was her mother.  The other name I am interested in is Sewell particularly Joseph as I believe him to be the father of Mary Anns children. mary Ann  was his housekeeper!  She had another son Joseph Whitney/Sewell he was my great grandfather. She also had a daughter Lucy who married John Eve.
As yet I have not found out what happened to any of these siblings so any help would be much appreciated.
They all lived in Lofty Green (does this mean anything to any of your relations?) was it a street?

Many Thanks
Karen :) :)
