Nice work!

My Castles - Cassells ancestors were from Annaloiste and Lurgan areas though we have minor links with Magheralin - Bostons and possibly Pickerings

Would be great if someone did a one name study on the Castles and Cassells. Or would that be a two name study.
Co. Armagh: Castles/Cassells, Turkington, McBride, Hanna, Boston, Abraham, Geddis, Gilkinson, Humphries, McCormick, Corner, Serplus
Co. Antrim: Cassells, Hayes, Campbell, Saulters, Abernethy, Crooks, Fryer, Stead, Cooper, Gardner, Montgomery, Hill, McCartney, McKeown, Sterrit, McIntyre, Orr

I'm sorry this guy isn't from Co. Down but it's a possibility that more people named Cassells came to Ireland at the same time as Richard Cassels who was born in Kassel, Germany in 1690. He died, presumably in Ireland, in 1751.  He anglicised his name to Richard Castle.  He was one of the greatest architects working in Ireland in the 18th century. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Powerscourt_Townhouse_Centre
