Sidney Bailey - Wednesbury - aft 1956

Hi all.  Merry Xmas.  I am trying to trace my grandfather's brother, Sidney Bailey, born in the fall of 1879 in Wednesbury.  He married Dorothy Hirst in 1902, and had three sons, Sydney Jr. born about 1903, Bernard, who was born in 1904, and who died in ???1910 --, and Alan who was born about 1920.  I would like to trace this family, and find Sidney Sr's death date etc.   I know he died after 1956.  He had been a baker living in Wednesbury - 26 Ridding Lane at one time.  He married a second time after Dorothy passed away in 1946 --he married a woman named Florence, but I don't know her last name.  Thanks for all your help.             M a r g e

If he died after 1956, you would need to search the GRO index for his death

A Sidney Bailey married a Florence Newell in the June Qtr of 1948 Wednesbury.  Could this be your Sidney and Florence I wonder!!!
