Is anyone researching the BARRS family of Leicester/Peckleton ?

I have details back to 1540 through to current generations.

Hi!
I have an interest in the Barrs family of Newbold Verdon.  My Mary Barrs (born 1832) married William Alcock.  Her parents were William Barrs & Elizabeth Webster (married 1811).  Any information gratefully received!

Hi Sean,I have a connection to the Barrs family, My stepbrother was married to a Dora Barrs who died  last year she was from leices,She had a family of two children Michael/Angela.  Michael lives in South Africa.Angela lives in  kingslyne.  I know that Angela has some family history/birth certs/photos etc.  Is it the same family ???  If it is i will try to  get  you any info/photos etc ,If you would like me to. My  father was married twice,His first wife gave birth to my stepbrother kenneth Baugh who was married to Dora in 1954.If you can connect with any of this, let me know   :D :D :D   cheers  Maureen.

william Barrs is my Great,great,great grandfather born 1788 can you supply any more info going back from that your webb site only give s details of the 'Williams Family?'
