Death in steelworks circa 1972

My 3rd cousin Malcolm Buckley died in an accident in Port Talbot steelworks circa 1972.

I was told he was apparently buried in Taibach Cemetary, but have had no luckon serach engines, newspaper archives, or even locating his death cert!

Tried search engines too - anyone have any ideas?

Lane - Waterford
Hughes - Hay/Hereford
Hobby - Byford
Evans - Neath/Cadoxton
Whitty - Wexford, South Wales
Connell - Ireland, and possibly Liverpool
White - Kinsale, Cork
Ahearn(?) - Glanmire, Cork
Millward - Merthyr, Maesteg

Malcolm Buckley (b. 26.4.1930 ) died December qtr. 1972  W. Glamorgan 8B4084

With this information you can order a death certificate.

I signed up when I came across this post on google, but only just seen how old the post is.

Malcolm was my grand father, but unfortunately I never got to meet him, he died before I was born. His ashes are buried under the branches of the big tree in Margam Crematorium just as you approach the buildings.

Hi Absolution, sorry but I didn't get notification of your reply! Malcolm's brother is still very close to me, but he seems to have lost contact with Malcolm's wife over the years - I'd love to get in contact at some point. I have got a lot of info on the Buckley/White family, and you have a lot of cousins in Maesteg!
