Asking the Impossible

I know I really am asking the impossible, but I'm trying to trace the date of death of Hannah Dorbon and have so far drawn a blank.
I know she was alive in 1841.  Her husband died in 1846 and his death cert leads me to believe she was alive at the time.  I cannot find any trace of her in the 1851 census, or two of her children.  One is living with an Uncle and I think the other is in the workhouse so Im sure she must have died.
I have been through the GRO indexes from 1841-1851 without any luck.  I am quite certain they would have been living in St Pancras at the time.  All children were baptised at Old Church St P. and I believe both her and her husband may have been buried there.
Does anyone have any suggestions or can offer any help??

Is it possible she remarried? (or didn't, but moved in with somebody else!)  It would explain why you can't find her or the two children on the death indexes (I assume you looked for all of them at once).  Are the two that are missing the two youngest, incidentally?

Or possibly they're just hiding on the 1851 census under some entirely bizarre spelling!

There is a death of Hannah Dorbon on the Free bdm web site 1894 Hannah Dorbon age 89  4a-158a in Epping. Maybe a long shot but I thought i would let you know. Philip.

Thanks for the info.
Unfortunately this is not my Hannah.  I checked back through the census records and this Hannah had never married whereas my Hannah was previously Viner.  Also her age doesn't match.
I am also quite certain my Hannah died before 1851.  Thanks for taking the time to look into this for me
