1851/1861 Census Lookup For Edward Rossiter

I'm trying to find the parents of Edward Rossiter born 1810 in Shepton Mallet, so he will be about 40/41 years old in the 1851 Census and 50/51 in the 1861 Census.

He is married to Johanna but I do not have her surname or the date and location of their marriage. His occupation is given as agricultural labourer.

In the 1881 census he is listed as being aged 71 and living in East Pennard.I already have details of his family from that point on.

Unfortunately,the 1881 census does not offer any links back to his parents hence this request.

Thanks for that. It does give me and fellow researchers some new leads to follow.

Looks like I'll have to go further back if I want Edward's parents to make an appearance.Maybe the 1841 Census will shed some light ion the matter.
