theres another family in stowmarket, but alas not mine,I have got back tothomas thing & sarah colston wed 1781 --- then wm thing wed to pleasance bloom 1803,  thomas thing wed mary ann clarke 1840,& arthur thimg/thyng wed amelia gilham 1873 at great yarmouth norfolk

I have a Kate E E Thing in my tree.  She married Joseph W Cooper in 1900.  Her parents were Robert Thing and Miriam Godbold.  Any connection?

I have a Rebecca Thing who married a John Wells in Stowupland in 1704. Stowupland is only a few miles away from Stowmarket.

I dont have a rebecca thing /thyng in my line , well not found anyway, all these things /thyngs must be related somewhere along the track, but the other family being stephen thing & Martha tricker who wed 1774 in stowmarket, dont seem to be related to mine either-- --valerieann
