Seeking date of Photo

I am trying to figure out who these family members might be.  Can anyone with knowledge of furnishings and attire attempt to help me date this photo?

Do you have the actual photo?  If so, would it be possible either to scan and post, or otherwise describe in words, what the card surround looks like, and if there's any writing on it?  Also what size is the photo?
Probably leaning towards around 1890-1900 at this stage, but I can't be sure.

I don't have the original nor have I ever seen the original.  The copy I have is about 4 X 6, but I don't know if that is the orignal size or not.  I'll need to ask some questions of the relative that has the original.
