Hi June

Welcome to RootsChat!

Sorry I don't have an interest in that family name myself, but have you tried looking at  the surname interest table?

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page there is a link for the surname interest table.  Search 'Daglish' and the table will show who has indicated an interest in that name.  It currently shows that there is one person with an interest in that name, in the Cumberland area (I think thats not far from Morpeth but I'm not sure?).  It might be worth a try sending them a PM (a personal message).  It is very useful!

Good luck!

Hi June

I know it's been a while - but I have got some details about this family, starting with Anthony Daglish (b. about 1784, Morpeth, his son Joseph (b. about 1835 Morpeth, married Ellen Laidlow Gateshead 1860) and children Margaret, Andrew, Jane, Anthony, Ellen, Joseph, Thomas and Septimus Joshua.
